These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Inisula website (the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing, submitting a listing, or purchasing paid features on Inisula, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Inisula is an online directory and discovery platform designed to help users discover businesses, tools, services, and experiences, primarily across South America and the Caribbean.
Inisula:
Does not own, operate, manage, or control listed businesses
Does not act as an agent, broker, or representative
Does not guarantee leads, traffic, sales, or results
All listings are submitted and managed by third-party users.
You may browse the Platform without creating an account.
To submit a listing or purchase paid features, you must:
Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
Provide accurate, lawful, and current information
Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws
Inisula reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or remove listings at its sole discretion.
By submitting a listing, you confirm that:
You have authority to represent the business
All submitted information is accurate and lawful
Content does not infringe third-party rights
Inisula does not verify listings and is not responsible for:
Accuracy of information
Pricing, availability, or service quality
Outcomes or interactions between users and businesses
Inisula may offer:
Paid listings
Subscriptions
Featured placements
Sponsored content
Banner advertisements
Promotional or enhanced visibility features
Payment for promotion does not guarantee:
Ranking position
Traffic or leads
Performance or results
Sponsored or paid content may be labelled where applicable.
Payments for paid features are processed through third-party payment processors such as PayPal.
All payments made to Inisula are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Inisula.
Users may cancel paid listings or subscription-based services by providing at least fourteen (14) days’ notice prior to the next billing date.
Cancellations submitted with less than fourteen (14) days’ notice will result in the upcoming billing cycle being charged in full.
No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for:
Partial billing periods
Unused time
Listing removals
Account suspensions
Dissatisfaction with performance, visibility, or results
The Platform may include affiliate links to third-party websites, products, or services.
Inisula:
May earn commissions from qualifying actions
Does not control third-party services
Is not responsible for third-party content, transactions, or outcomes
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Inisula does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
You agree not to:
Submit false or misleading information
Misrepresent a business or service
Attempt to manipulate rankings or visibility
Scrape, abuse, or interfere with Platform functionality
Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
Violations may result in removal or suspension without refund.
All Platform content, branding, layout, and functionality (excluding user-submitted listings) are the property of Inisula.
Users retain ownership of submitted content but grant Inisula a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote such content on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inisula shall not be liable for:
Business losses or lost revenue
Errors or omissions in listings
Interactions between users and third parties
Affiliate offers or advertisements
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inisula from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Platform
Your submitted content or listings
Violations of these Terms or applicable laws
While Inisula primarily serves South America and the Caribbean, the Platform may be accessed globally.
Users are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their use.
Inisula may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
